You have two options. First, VG Connect can ask for time preferences, and then you can follow up and schedule based on those preferences.
Second (the better option), you can use a calendar link (like Calendly) ,and VG Connect can schedule appointments directly on your calendar.
Yes, lots! You can decide on any follow-up for customers after VG Connect qualifies them. For example, you can point them to a self-service sign-up process, provide more information for the customer to review, or anything else you can think of!

Yes! VG Connect can interact dynamically with customers in more than 50 languages for chat, email, and text. So based on the language your customer responds with, VG Connect will respond in that same language.
For phone, VG Connect can engage in over 20 languages; however, you have to choose a single language for all phone calls. (We're working on making this more dynamic.)
Yes! After you register, you can get a new number with your preferred local area code in the phone section of your settings.

Texting/SMS is available now. We're also working on WhatsApp, but we do not have an ETA yet. For texting, it will use the same VG Connect phone number that it uses for voice calls.
You have lots of options for getting notified. You can be notified via email, text, and/or WhatsApp. You can change this in the notifications section of your settings.
When your website has a significant change in content, simply update your website in the basic section of your settings, and we'll update VG Connect with the new information.
VG Connect offers a simple and easy-to-use CRM for managing your contacts. VG Connect will also note the qualification status and recommended next steps, and you can add notes on any contacts. Of course, you can also add new contacts (even if they did not come from VG Connect).
Want to send your VG Connect leads into your existing CRM, Google Sheets, or anywhere else? You can do that through Zapier (a free tool).
It's very accurate, though because it uses AI, it's not perfect. If you find ever provides incorrect information (this should be rare), you can let us know by clicking the "thumbs down" icon when looking at the conversation. This will help us make it better over time.
